For low impact activities (think biking, strength training, yoga, Pilates, cleaning, walking) I don't think this bra can be beat. To me it is cool, comfortable, and just right with nice support but also the ability to move freely and not feel bound up with a nice natural shape. If you are wanting something for really high impact activities for larger cup sizes this is not the bra you're looking for go look at Enell. I also wouldn't use this for more advanced or acroyoga, where you may be spending quite a bit of time upside down though Glamorise does have a higher necked bra that is very similar as far as comfort level.Probably my favorite thing about this is the plunging wrap front. I can wear all my V-neck shirts with this with the exception of two which have wider necks. I also love the back. They are not lying when they say it doesn't ride up. They are so comfortable once the band is broken in I can forget they are even on me and even fall asleep in them.The cups, top half is cotton so it's very cool however the fabric on the underside of the cups is some type of I believe polyester blend weave which is tops for wicking sweat. I don't find it itchy at all but I'm used to bras with lacy, unlined and seamed cups, I suppose if you were very sensitive and used to soft molded bras you might take an issue, both with the underside fabric and the mid cup seam.I did have one problem, more due to my build than the bras construction or quality maybe. The band has nearly no stretch in the front and very little in the sides and back but if I go up a size when the bra breaks in and stretches over time as they do it would be far too large. So I have to deal with a tight band for awhile which can make it really uncomfortable until it loosens up, I have bra extenders which make that period more bearable.
