The size chart is accurate. My hands are a big medium, and the medium size works well for me. I've been wearing these since maybe the 1980s and I keep a few around. They really ease the pain of my osteoarthritis. If I have a flare-up I'll wear this thing for just 20 minutes and it helps a lot.We got lucky. I did not see an option to select size. This was for my wife and it fit perfectly. I have a large version of this and it works great.This is my second one. I burned a hole in my first one after so much abuse. It lasted me a few years and as soon as I stop using it I felt discomfort during my long gaming sessions. I ordered another one, and I can't recommend it enough if you spend a long time using the computer.This is right handed. Not in details. Good that I needed the right hand!Great beaded pad for the front of the wristMy girl says its working -who would imagine that somthing does what it promises to do good job.Purchased two. One is pristine and fits comfortably; the other is loose with a scratchy tag and smashed box. I assume one was returned used and I received the stretched out afterbirth that followed.
